杨群（1935年－），哈尔滨人，港台地区演员，杨群年幼时曾居于北京和上海，其后移居台湾，之后举家定居香港。杨群参与数十部电影、电视剧的演出，也担任监制和导演，纵横影坛近四十年。他获得过第七届（1969年）和第十一届（1973年）台湾金马奖 最佳男主角，现旅居美国。
