李休，字子朗，南阳郡人，东汉末年张鲁部将，曹魏大臣李胜之父。 少时为避黄巾乱，迁至汉中，为张鲁帐下军司马，驻守南郑，建安二十年（215年）随张鲁一同归附曹操，赐关内侯，任为散官骑从。 魏国建立后，历任上党、钜鹿太守，召拜议郎。
