China plans to launch 15 to 16 satellites this year, mainly for navigation and communications, Zhang Jianqi, deputy chief commander of the manned space project, said recently.
张建启表示，航天员仍将主要从空军飞行员中选拔产生。
The new astronauts will be selected from among airforce pilots, Zhang said.
