《唐六典》全称《大唐六典》，是唐玄宗时官修，旧题唐玄宗撰、李林甫等注，实为张说、张九龄等人编纂的行政性质法典。是我国现有的最早的一部行政法典。成书于开元二十六年（738年），是现存最早的一部会典，所载官制源流自唐初至开元止。六典之名出自周礼，原指治典、教典、礼典、政典、刑典、事典，后世设六部即本于此。
唐朝开元时期有着频繁且规模盛大的立法活动，并编纂了中国第一部行政法典《唐六典》。
