叶植教授，1961年生，湖北黄冈市麻城县人。襄樊学院襄阳及三国历史文化研究所研究员，湖北省历史学会理事。主要研究方向为汉水中游地区古文化、三国历史文化。武汉大学考古学专业毕业，先后在襄樊市博物馆、襄樊市文物考古研究所、襄樊市文物普查办等机构任职，曾长期担任襄樊博物馆馆长。现为襄樊学院襄阳襄阳及三国历史文化研究所所长。
