史胜，男，中国人民解放军第八五医院副主任医师，擅长青光眼手术、白内障囊外摘除和超声乳化及人工晶体植入手术等。1992年毕业于第二军医大学医疗系，现在为上海八五医院眼耳鼻喉科副主任、准分子激光中心主任，上海眼科学会会员，青光眼学组委员。在近视、远视，散光的准分子激光治疗方面具有丰富的临床经验，完成近视眼手术千例以上。
