何应，女，1996年毕业于北京医科大学药学院药学专业，获得理学学士学位，2001年毕业于北京大学药学院，获得博士学位，专业是药剂学，导师是著名的魏树礼教授。之后赴加拿大留学，在多伦多大学药学院从事博士后研究工作，2003年10月学成回国，受聘于天津大学药学院担任副教授，从事药剂学教学与科研。研究方向是控释制剂与靶向制剂，及新药研制开发。
