于富，国家一级作家，蒙古族。1944年1月19日出生。内蒙古科尔沁右翼前旗人，祖籍内蒙古喀喇沁旗。于1960年参加工作，1963年参军，1981年毕业于鲁迅文学院，1987年转业到包头市文联工作。现任包头市文联主席，包头市作家协会主席，《鹿鸣》文学杂志社社长、主编，包头市政协常委。系中国作家协会会员，中国少数民族作家学会副秘书长，中国当代少数民族文学研究会常务理事，内蒙古通俗文艺研究会副会长。
