中壬（前1640年~前1580年）是商朝第三位君主，在位4年，享年60岁。《史记》称他在位四年后去世。兄太丁之子太甲继位。仲壬继位后，由伊尹辅政，基本上遵守汤制定的法制，朝政相对比较稳定，国家日益强盛。
