Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water to soften them, about 10 minutes.
先取3大勺打匀的乳酪糊加入化开的吉利丁液,再和其余乳酪糊混合。
Combine the gelatin mixture first with 3 tablespoons of cheese mixture. Then pour the whole mass to the rest of cheese mixture.

Soak the gelatin in water and let stand 5 minutes to soften, squeeze out excess water and melt over a hot water bath.
