abstract:Rafat () is a Palestinian town, located approximately southwest of the city of Ramallah in the central West Bank in the northern Jerusalem Governorate. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, it had a population of 2,100 in 2006.
Rafat Ali, who made millions when he sold PaidContent.org to Guardian Media, lives in a doorman building in the fratty New York neighborhood of Murray Hill.
"We are building history as well, because it started with big container ships and we are continuing with pleasure boats for millionaires from all over the world, " says Sunreef's Rafat Lenartowski.
