Mr Matsuura also condemned the deadly campaign against the basic human right of freedom of expression in Iraq: "I condemn the murder of television actor and producer Walid Hassan and of journalists Luma Mohammad Reyad and Fadia Mohammed Abid, " said the Director-General.
