abstract:Uhler is an Ortsgemeinde – a municipality belonging to a Verbandsgemeinde, a kind of collective municipality – in the Rhein-Hunsrück-Kreis (district) in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It belongs to the Verbandsgemeinde of Kastellaun, whose seat is in the like-named town.
The governor is not officially associated with Mr Uhler's campaign, but he is hardly likely to oppose it after all, his falling approval ratings have coincided with a vociferous and well-financed campaign against him by unions such as the California Teachers Association, the California School Employees Association and the California Nurses Association.
