鲁石，原名杜广廉，又作杜冰，斋号观月楼，国家一级美术师，教授。1937年生，1966年毕业浙江美术学院（现中国美术学院）国画系。鲁石先生的画风豪放雄浑，气势磅礴，画面绚烂强烈，苍苍郁郁，无论是大画或者小画，整幅画面墨气萦绕生机勃勃，个人面貌十分强烈。
