郭修琳（1935~2012），一九三五年八月生。字海子，又名谷林。浙江温岭人。回族。擅国画。浙江温岭文化馆。毕业于临海师范。
郭修琳虽然把画海作为了自己的终生职业，但是他始终没有忘记自己是渔民的后代。
