诗戈（艺名），原名施国财，男，1964年出生，广西钦州市人。从事坭兴陶艺工作20余年，早年深造于江西景德镇职工大学工艺美术专业，毕业后师从中国工艺美术大师李人帡，选攻陶艺造型设计及坭兴雕刻装饰工艺。。
