董仁威，1942年5月生，重庆市人，1968年四川大学生物系研究生毕业，历任成都制药四厂车间主任、厂研究所所长、技术副厂长；成都儿童营养中心主任；成都食品发酵研究所主任兼总工程师；教授级高工、职业药师；2001年起担任四川省科普作家协会理事长。
