水官是中国民间传说中的神仙。三官大帝，即天官、地官、水官，亦称“三官”，又称“三元”，为道教较早供祀的神灵。一说天官为唐尧，地官为虞舜，水官为大禹。道经称：天官赐福，地官赦罪，水官解厄。
