毕 东 女，1942年12月生于平阴县，1966年毕业于青岛医学院，1994年晋升为外科主任医师。从事临床、科研、教学工作33年历任科主任多年，为其医院外科打基础及发展，为该院建立建全医务科、科教科及获得“二甲医院”荣誉称号作了突出的贡献。为太安卫校等十几年卫生学校、县各级卫生单位培养人才及县卫生事业的发展作了大量出色的工作。获荣誉奖二十二次，其中先进工作者等县以上荣誉奖十三次。作过多项技术革新发表论文二十五篇，参于编撰大型医学专著三部。
