梁相(1918-1978)，原籍广东省南海县，雅瑶市人氏，少有任侠，豪逸风骨，喜好拳术技击；更深信强国必先强身之旨。故提倡中华国术，向不遗余力，鼓导仝人，口、心、身悉力以赴。其领导才能，在侪辈中极具口碑。梁相是叶问到港后的第一个弟子。
