林德圣（？－1940），福建省福鼎县前岐镇人。土地革命战争时期参加革命斗争，曾任工农红军鼎泰（福鼎、浙江省泰顺）游击队战士，鼎泰县苏维埃政府工作人员，参加了福鼎、泰顺边界地区游击根据地的土地革命斗争和三年游击战争。1938年2月闽东、浙南红军主力改编为新四军北上抗日时，留守鼎泰边界地区开展抗日救亡活动。1940年冬在泰顺县彭溪村执行任务时被敌杀害，壮烈牺牲。
