林万年（1913－1935），福建省漳浦县霞美乡人。1913年5月出生于贫苦的农民家庭。1934年1月参加革命斗争，时任工农红军闽南独立三团侦察员，参加了靖和浦（南靖、平和、漳浦）革命根据地的土地革命斗争和反“围剿”游击战争。
