南宋时武功人。元世祖中统二年（1216），官至陕西行中书省左右司郎中，是当时书法大家。篆隶体最出名，为金朝刘处士书写的墓碣一块，现存西安碑林，列为国家级珍贵文物。张徽的诗也很有名，时论有“请特崛奇”的赞语
