【位置】扬州市区南河下723所内 【时代】清 【简介】位于市区南河下723所内。盐商周静臣所建，占地3447平方米，大门南向，系砖刻门楼。园在住宅西偏，园门东向，上有楷书“平园”石额，园内以花墙分隔为南北两院落，花墙正中开月门，上有石额，南题“惕息”，北题“小苑风和”；南院中有三百年广玉兰两株，北院中有南向花厅五间，厅内置楠木格扇，装修精致。厅南沿墙叠有湖石假山。今作宿舍。 平园正门，坐北朝南。
