平军，男，讲师，大学本科。玉溪师范学院教师。2000年毕业于东艺术学院美术系油画专业，并获学士学位。2003年毕业于西南师范大学油画技法研究生课程班。云南省美术家协会会员。 作品多次入选全国、全省美术作品展。数篇美术论文发表于国家级、省级专业刊物。 担任主要课程：《素描》、《色彩》、《油画》及油画工作室专业课程。
