新宾岗山位于新宾满族自治县新宾镇东去40公里处。距抚顺市175公里，距沈阳市215公里。它属长白山支系的龙岗山余脉。主峰海拔1373米，是辽宁省最高峰，素有“辽宁屋脊”之称，顶峰有石和发射天线。
