安明亮，2000年~2005年就读于新疆师范大学体育学院音乐学院。2004年为话剧《三岔口》创作主题歌，背景音乐。2008年12月原创作品《这里是新疆》获得自治区文化厅主办“新歌唱新疆”金曲。
