周谨，1999年毕业于上海戏剧学院电视艺术系首届节目主持人班。在大学一年级时参加了电视VJ选拔大赛并获第一名而开始主持生涯。曾先后主持过《乐乐音乐乐园》、《越洋音乐杂志》等栏目。现任《非常娱乐》、《乡村之音》、《沸点时间》、《娱乐星天地》（东方卫视）、《男左女右》（深圳卫视）栏目主持人。
