（生卒年未详），字伯材，号贞石，金山张堰人。明嘉靖十六年(1537年)由拔贡中举人。未仕家居。三十三年，倭寇侵犯，松江知府方廉准备烧毁漕泾、张堰两镇民屋，以绝倭寇栖息之所。
