叶凡（1970年6月—2007年11月27日），江苏南京人，中国著名歌唱家。2007年11月27日，因乳腺癌引发肝功能衰竭伴随大面积出血医治无效病逝，终年37岁。叶凡生前是武警文工团成员，中国音乐家协会会员，曾演唱多部电视剧主题曲，被业内人士称为“电视剧歌后”。生前发行一张音乐专辑《最爱你中国》，逝世当年有公司发行《叶凡相思纪念专辑》。音乐代表作有《遇上你是我的缘》、《最爱你中国》、《亲爱的中国我爱你》。
