何舒(1884-1954)，字述榈，号竞心，湖南省邵阳市新邵县严塘乡人，清光绪十年(1884)十月生。少时随叔祖何居鹤学中医，凡内、难、伤寒典籍等无不精读，尤潜心精研伤寒论。三十三年(1907)东吴大学毕业，先后在长沙驻省邵阳中学、邵阳爱莲女校等中学任英语教师18年，仍业余钻研中西医学。
