何义(1628～1696年) 又名忠甫，福建省云霄县马铺人。康熙二十二年六月发兵平台，克爽也以大势已定归降，何义还京复命，被授为昂邦章京世袭骑孝尉，封一等伯，其夫人马氏追赠一品夫人，迁葬云霄县马铺乡呈奇岭。
