To explore the relationship between expression of CLN3 gene and its biological behaviors in ovarian serous cancer.
结果：浆液性囊腺瘤凋亡率为10 %以下，浆液性囊腺癌凋亡率为38% ，凋亡细胞呈灶状分布，无规律性。
Results:Apoptosis rate of serous cystadenoma was less 10% and that of serous cystadenocarcinoma was 38%, cells of programmed death were distributed as plaques, irregularly.
目的：探讨DNA拓扑异构酶在卵巢浆液性、黏液性囊腺癌中的表达及与细胞增殖、凋亡的关系。
Purpose to investigate the relationship between DNA topoisomerase and cell proliferation, apoptosis in ovarian carcinomas.
结果：本组研究中，先天性囊肿1例，假性囊肿26例，浆液性囊腺瘤3例，黏液性囊腺瘤2例，胰腺癌囊变1例。
Results:In the study group, there are 1case of congenital cyst, 26 cases of pseudocyst, three cases of serous cystadenoma, 2 cases of mucinous cystadenoma, one cases of pancreatic cystic degeneration.
结果：本组研究中，先天性囊肿1例，假性囊肿26例，浆液性囊腺瘤3例，黏液性囊腺瘤2例，胰腺癌囊变1例。
