Purpose To select the best scanning method for accessory sinus lesions by comparing the advantages with the disadvantages of ct axial films and coronal films.

Methods In the contrast study, CT axial scanning plus reconstruction was performed in 45 randomized cases and so was coronal scanning in 45 randomized cases of accessory sinus lesions.
