Objective: to study the inhibitory effects on gastric cancer by adenoviral transduction of mouse endostatin gene.
目的：研究腺病毒介导的鼠内皮抑素基因对胃癌的治疗作用。
Animal model of gastric cancer bearing nude mice were established to assay the expression of mouse endostatin and inhibition for tumor cell in vivo.
通过建立荷人胃癌的裸鼠动物模型，分析基因转导后动物肿瘤细胞中内皮抑素的表达情况及对肿瘤的抑制作用。
CONCLUSION: The mouse endostatin recombinant fusion protein expressed in E. coli by using thioredoxin fusion expression system is easy to be purified and possesses high activity.
结论：用硫氧还蛋白融合表达系统在大肠杆菌中表达的小鼠内皮抑素重组融合蛋白易纯化并具有高活性。
