Methods the antitumor test was performed in the mice transplanted with Sarcoma S180, U14, and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) respectively.

Results:10-HDA significantly decreased tumor weight in S180-bearing mice, prolonged the survival time in EAC-bearing mice and restored the de-creased DTH in both kinds of tumor bearing mice.
