Objective To test the reliability and the validity of the Chinese version of Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment (LOTCA) (2nd Edition).
目的测试洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定（LOTCA）量表（第2版）中文译文的信度和内在效度。
Methods 50 patients with certain acute stroke, use LOTCA to evaluate their cognitive function, the evaluate cycle is half month, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months since the onset, amount to 4 times.
方法确诊急性脑中风患者50例，应用洛文斯顿治疗用认知评定成套测验（LOTCA）评定其认知功能，评定周期为发病后半月、1月、2月、3月，共4次；
