Purpose: To detect and analyze blood flow changes in inferior epigastric artery and vein as well as the ultrasound imaging characteristics in patients with portal hypertension.
目的：探讨肝硬化门脉高压时腹壁下动、静脉超声图像特征。
Results: The diameter of inferior epigastric vein was found obviously wider, and ri in inferior epigastric artery decreased.
结果：门脉高压组较正常组腹壁下静脉内径明显增宽，腹壁下动脉ri减低。
