Objective To explore the role of oxygen free radicals (OFR) in hepatic preservation-reperfusion injury (HPRI) of rats.

Results SOD activity decreased significantly (P<0.05), MDA and AST concentration increased remarkably (P<0.05, P<0.05), and abnormal morphological changes of hepatocytes were obvious during HPRI.
结果HPRI时,SOD活性显著下降(P<0.05),MDA 含量和AST 活性明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.05),肝细胞形态发生异常变化。
