The patients with ICM were characterized by thin spherical apex of left ventricle with hypokinesis, regional wall motion and dilated aorta.
ICM左室大多数呈“圆拱门形”心尖圆钝变薄、收缩期运动明显低平，节段性室壁运动障碍及主动脉增宽为其特点。
