Objective: To explore an optimum preparing technique of acetylspiramycin tablet.

Results:The results showed that acetylspiramycin tablet prepared by this formulation and technique was much better in hardness and facies, dissolution was up to more than 98% .
结果：所选处方和工艺制备的乙酰螺旋霉素片，硬度较好，外观光洁，溶出度可达98％以上。
