目的探讨髓内延长修复儿童股骨干化脓性骨髓炎后大段溶骨性缺损的疗效及其优越性。
Objective To investigate the effect and advantage of interlocking nail lengthening in the treatment of long segment osteolytic bone defect following children femoral osteomyelitis.
并发症包括钉道感染5侧，骨干部骨不连1侧，腕管综合征1侧，创伤性骨关节炎2侧。
Complications included pin track infection at 5 sides, metaphyseal non union at 1 side, wrist tube syndrome at 1 side and traumatic arthritis at 2 sides.
结论髓腔超扩植骨封闭方法治疗全骨干骨髓炎是可行的，可以获得较高的成功率。
Conclusion One-stage bone grafting filling medullary cavity after over-reaming is an appropriate method for pandiaphyseal osteomyelitis and can win high healing rate.
