方法：复习文献，分析路易体痴呆患者的病理改变和临床表现特点，了解其治疗和预后。
METHODS: Pathological changes and clinical manifestation of dementia with Lewy body were analyzed as well as its treatment and prognosis through the review of literatures.
目的：比较路易体痴呆及进行性核上性麻痹的临床特点，并与其他的帕金森叠加综合征相鉴别。
AIM: To compare the clinical characters of patients with dementia with Lewy bodies or with progressive supranuclear palsy, and differentiate those from other kinds of Parkinson Plus.
结论认知功能减退的患者出现波动性认知功能障碍、反复的视幻觉和帕金森样运动障碍应高度怀疑路易体痴呆。
Conclusion: Fluctuating cognitive impairment patient with recurrent visual hallucinations and spontaneous motor features of Parkinsonism shall be high suspected to be dementia with Lewy bodies.
