OBJECTIVE: To prepare Total alkaloids of Sophora alopecuroides( TASa) effervescent suppository and to study its quality standard.
实验结果表明：苦豆子盐酸提取物的超滤和稀释过滤能有效除去蛋白质和其他不纯物，透过液中总生物碱的回收率高。
The results showed that the ultrafiltration with discontinuous diafiltration could effectively remove proteins and other impurities. The recovery ratio of alkaloid from the permeate was high.
