目的探讨椎管引流术治疗外伤性和自发性蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）的可行性、适应证及禁忌症。
Objective To explore the feasibility, indication and contraindication of vertebral draining in treating spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).
方法：回顾性分析13例经临床特征诊断的腹间隔综合征患者，诊断病例早期行胃肠腔内减压引流术、非手术治疗和开腹减压术。
Methods: in a retrospective study, 13 cases were diagnosed ACS with their clinical characters and given laparotomy operation and decompression and drainage of abdominal cavity.
结论：中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术操作简便、安全、创伤小，腔内给药方便，副作用小，效果满意。
Conclusion: Central venous catheter closed drainage is easy to operate, safe, minimally invasive, and intracavitary administration is convenient and little adverse reaction. The effect is better.
