Objective To study the general pharmacological action of citrus flavonoids on mouse central nervous system.
通过定性、定量分析，结果显示：柚皮中含有黄酮、异黄酮和二氢黄酮醇等多种黄酮化合物，总黄酮含量3.148%。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis results in the present study indicated that flavones, isoflavones and flavanonols existed in pomelo peel. The total content of flavonoids is 3.148%.
目的：研究柚叶中总黄酮的提取工艺并测定总黄酮的含量。

结果：最佳提取工艺测定了前年、去年采摘的4批样品中总黄酮的含量。去年采摘的柚叶总黄酮略高于前年。
