Objective: to summarize the common causes of misdiagnosis of cerebellar tumor, so as to raise the rate of early confirmed diagnosis of the illness.
结论：CT与MRI在小脑肿瘤的鉴别诊断中，二者相辅相成具有重要价值。
Conclusion: CT and MRI supplemented each other show important value for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cerebellum tumors.
