Objective to explore into the feasibility and outcome of otic endoscope in the treatment of external auditory canal cholesteatoma.
方法对26例外耳道胆脂瘤患者，在局庥耳内窥镜下清除胆脂瘤。
Methods 26 patients with external auditory canal cholesteatoma were treated under otic endo - scope.
方法采用放射免疫法检测12份胆脂瘤上皮组织匀浆液（观察组）及10份正常外耳道皮肤组织匀浆液（对照组）中PGE2水平。
MethodsThe level of PGE2 in 12 middle ear cholesteatoma specimens(observed group) and 10 samples of normal external ear canal skin(control group) were examined by RIA method.
