本信用证仅在中国可转让，如确需转让，第一受益人发出的书面证明须连同单据一起议付。
This letter of credit is transferable in China only, in the event of a transfer, a letter from the first beneficiary must accompany the document for negotiation.
可以用第一受益人的名称替换可转让信用证中申请人的名称。
The name of the first beneficiary may be substituted for that of the applicant in the credit.
付款方式：买方应由卖方接受的银行，于装运月份前30天，开具以卖方为受益人的不可撤销可转让的即期保兑信用证。
Payment mode: The buyers shall open with a bank acceptable to the Sellers and irrevocable, confirmed, without recourse, transferable L/C by draft at sight in the favor of the sellers.
