Objective:To study the difference of electromyography(EMG) and muscle enzyme(ME) in the progression of polymyositis(PM) and dermatomyositis(DM).
危重病性多发性神经病及危重病性肌病在重症监护患者中常见，两者均可引起肌肉无力，甚至呼吸肌瘫痪。
Critical illness polyneuropathy (CIP) and critical illness myopathy (CIM) are frequently found in critical ill patients and may cause muscle weakness and even respiratory failure.
结果：表现为视力下降59例，其中糖尿病性视网膜病变44例，由于血糖变化导致屈光不正15例，眼外肌麻痹23例，多发性麦粒肿4例。
Results:59 cases represented decrease of visual acuity. Among them, there were 44 cases of diabetic retinopathy and 15 cases of ametropia caused by change of plasma glucose.
